Good luck with your first property purchase - how exciting. i am sure your investment of your KGN share proceeds into the property will prove profitable too in the long run, and not only with monetary value. Will it be your home? Remember why you invested in KGN in the first place, I imagine it was to make money so you can finance something that you really want when you need to. Its generally harder to sell than to buy but we have to do it otherwise what's the point ?. Once you sell and have your property don't look back - just enjoy the wonderful reward from your investment. The market will always be there with other opportunities in the future when you are ready to dive in again. In meantime, the property market will be going up and up too.
