How can Kogan just give himself options!? Why doesn't he buy them like everyone else! I guess he chooses option payment of $90m instead of cash payment which frees the company from the cash liability and leaves it to the market when he wants to sell or redeem the options. He gets free options worth $90m and what is the calling in price of the options? At least he has to pay up then if he doesn't sell them before expiry. However KGN shareholdings will be diluted a bit as his shareholding slice gets bigger and bigger just before he dumps them no doubt. He is quite a greedy one isn't he !???
