Kogan's Free Advertising with Australia Post, page-5

I'll have to check them out. I'm flying to Europe over Christmas and need a new pair. I bought a cheap pair previously but they weren't very good, hopefully Kogan's will be better quality for a similar price.

My wife and I have had a really good experience with everything we bought from Kogan (about $10k worth to fit out several Airbnb properties) with the exception of one bed, which the courier lost part of. Kogan don't have a phone number, only an e-mail address for customer service, which makes it very difficult to resolve these issues, particularly if the courier isn't cooperating. That's unfortunately one flaw in the Kogan model, once it leaves their warehouse they are at the mercy of their delivery contractors and if they aren't up to scratch it can create problems.

It took a month of e-mailing and arguing with the contractor but eventually Kogan agreed to send out a replacement for it. While the delay was frustrating it's a risk we're willing to take for the money saved. There is simply nobody out there at the moment who can match their price for a given quality. And with that one exception they have been excellent.
