Basically it means that if BUL prove up 814 they become a significant shareholder exporting LNG to Korea.

Can you imagine how significant that is?. Others don't ...not yet.

( KOGAS would be the most important LNG importer in the world ).

It is all pretty clear to me. Just have to rid of that Opes/Anz fiasco.

BUL is now getting mainstream mention. I think June 30th was the deadline but I reckon Kogas have already made their mind up.
