perhaps I should be clearer with my question: what percentage of BUL tennaments can KOGAS 'acquire' via farmin for what cost. i.e what will BUL receive for the 'sale' of x percentage and by deduction what % will they retain.

I am being lazy here in that I am sure the details are in various reports just leveraging off the knowledgable network here on HotC to save me having to go off researching :-)
