...this endeavor should be selling itself at this point.

I wish I could ask that former board member why he resigned his position, plus sold all his shares last year. I’d like to know:

1) What he knows about MW and DC.
2) What was the reason(s) he felt so strongly about that made him decide to leave.

None of that info ever came to light after the vote. And I didn’t vote...because I didn’t know what the positions and arguments were.

There is a HC member who goes by ‘col69’ who sold all his shares around 18 cents too...I wonder what he knew too.

And I hate to say it...but there’s also this other member that called this endeavor a ‘dead cat in the bag’ (??? not sure if that is the correct phrase) around that same time too...and he turned out to be right!! And everybody bashed him too.

What information are we missing here?
