Can anyone close to the BOD provide any info about the confidence the BOD has in MW?

Maybe it’s time for a change. Maybe MW just isn’t a savy business man; despite his educational background, or his experience as a banker...he’s just simply a numbers guy, a really good accountant.

But I need some detailed intel before I can make that judgement call.
