Embarrassed to say that I was originally here for the SaaS story only. It was only when reviewing the last annual report that the high margin power of 'auspicing' finally dawned on me, and I properly understood that the software is actually a very useful tool to start rolling up and dominating a very specific niche that, due to its logistics, has zero serious competition. Over the next 5 years, there's going to be a very valuable flywheel effect that sees both segments of the business accelerate imo.

That all said, most interesting to hear that I am in good company with my initial blindspot. Lars himself floated RCL without knowing this VET niche existed.

Nice to also hear his comments regarding the recent US investors. Despite the rocket emoji worthy recent share price rise, we remain completely unknown to the wider market.
