    In a nutshell:
    - JB wanted to sack GM and take over the management position, the board didn’t agree with the plan proposed by JB
    - JB claim GM harassed his wife via text message. GM denied.  
    - AD and GM said everything is on track, now moving forward 
    - JB sold all his shares
