What people say, what people do, there is always a gap. 
Looks like I was wrong believing he sold everything, the notice hasn’t come out. Either a delay or he didn’t sell enough to require a disclosure or he sold nothing at all

Did you come across any delay with other companies ? Who looks after this, ASIC or the ASX? I genuinely don’t know enough.
