I missed that - where does it say he texted them both at 12:08am?  But if he did, there’s a mystery why he’d text them when they would be asleep and why he would include his wife at all?

i have no idea what “personal” means but my guess only IMHO is Guy has the hots for JB’s wife.  That would explain the midnight timing, he’s expressing his love and there’s no boundaries fir this kind of emotion.  If it was expressing just friendship, basic respect would mean it would wait until morning.
