The AGM was just flapping gums to give them time to evacuate the building. These guys should be cooked. What happens now????
My suspicions were that they were running. Their thai visas need re-issue every 12 months.
They should all be given life on never holding a position in a public company again.
One thing is for sure we wont get an announcement from anyone.
