I am not sure why Avq can't or doesn't issue statements making the position clear as to landowners and agreements with them. If that position is clear then why not say so? the relevant land(s) must now have been clearly identified and surveyed. Do the relevant landowners know and is it clear what they own? If it is not then can the land that is in dispute be omitted from the PL? Why do we not get updates on this? If there was clarity on this then surely agreements would be in place and those provided to SIG for confirmation and acceptance by them as part of the process? No doubt SIG have done their own land survey and owner identification process or are doing that and those facts will be soon finalized. If there is doubt or dispute on any land then why is it not excluded so avq can move on?
surely this information is not commercially sensitive and once clarified by the company that clarity alone would give us all some comfort.
