All I can say is he tried to paper over the holes last time and I called him on it. I think I have a pretty good BS detector and felt this time I was getting genuine answers to important (for me), questions.
Last time I was NOT happy with the answers.
You are right re what did I expect....but last time I asked the same questions and got positive answers to questions I had not asked. Answers to questions that did not matter to me. This time I got positive, direct answers to my specific questions.
Given their history I was actually surprised to be perfectly honest.
