Sentiment is still sell as I think the landowners might be still an issue (in terms of percentage of ownership, identifying all rightful landowners and time-frame to resolve it, others are confident it isn't but I am just here "down ramping")

Also their strategy seems to not to explore the entire tenement but only part of it, then mine it and then use any profit for exploration so we won't know the entire JORC resources which is also a downside, IMO.
