    Thanks Shane. Having difficulty digesting the SI land laws generally as compared to Aus. No surprise to me given the COA decision which also was unexpected. My logic tells me if there is uncertainty on some lands and ownership then we leave that land and those owners out to be resolved later if possible. It seems that is not how the SIG have elected to proceed and perhaps they had little choice in that given the COA ruling and their existing legislation?
    The problem this creates is that avq cannot drive its own agenda and timing. We can't get going on any part of the tenement.
    Do we have absolute clarity on our rights to mine the other tenement that we are now drilling for Jorc purposes? That is a wholly separate tenement in terms of licensing etc?
    My issue is cash flow and time to production and cash in flows. Do we control our destiny in that respect? How soon could we ship ore from the tenement we do control?
