Cant argue with that. It seems they need to resolve their land title processes first so that the licence process and dealings with landowners has a clear path and timelines. We are fortunate here that we do not have those land title issues. We do have other development risk issues but these are certainly more finite in terms of timing and processes. The AVQ court proceedings appear to have been pioneering which as an investor is never welcome. The SIG has no doubt learnt some lessons at our expense. They say the 3rd owner is always the one who makes the profit. I think we might be that 3rd owner and hoping the saying comes true. I also hope that there remains sufficient good will between axiom and locals and govt and a genuine desire to get to production quickly. It is a shame we have been guinea pigs.
