I admit there was the HC heresay about 3 more landowners added to the JV and I did thought it was correct as this was inline with what John Sullivan quoted in the article regarding the CoA outcome for the landowners he represented (who weren't included in the 20% JV).
The second one is dependent on the first, hence I think it's correct that there are other clan/tribe who are saying they are also the rightful landowner (and given the land dispute in SI since the 1990s......) and I said at least 20% JV, and logically if AVQ had to offer 30% of the JV to get over the line, they might, I never said will.
