As John Sullivan QC indicated after the CoA, Santa Isabel (Kolosori) is consider custodial land so they potentially now need all the rightful landowners on board (i.e. this could also be only the ones he represented that wasn't added to the 20% JV or now other tribe/clan that also want the big piece of the pie, and will AVQ need to increase the JV ownership to these additional tribe/clan?)
