the land owners in question were members of existing tribes that were left out these members along with a couple more have over lapping rights on other lands ie' Takata /SSJ this is why those new areas are now included in the process with Isabel ...it does not matter if 20 tribes were missing it makes no difference to the 20% this amount is the share of ownership in Axiom-kb with all costs and profit shared ..the royalties paid to the SIG do not change by the number of landowners nor does the 20% , despite some suggesting it may..the reason for the appeal was purely a legal argument used and funded by SMM to stagnate the process legally...for those who do not know this ...it was SMM and the SIG WHO FIRST LEFT OUT THE OWNERS this was used later when it suited SMM ...so despite the JAPS getting one up on AVQ and the Courts they would never have a right to go back to the High Court as they would be liable it was proven that they did abuse the court process that they did bribe and corrupt the then government , it was also proven that part of the corrupt process was to leave out certain land owners ..this was their safe guard when all else failed ....now they have snookered their selves because the Land office and SIG could not define certain boundrie's on lands claimed despite the CoA saying these people had a right to object
so the SIG on ADVICE from Australian Government Planning have included all the disputed land and added to Kolosori thus leaving Axiom-kb the only applicant who has a right to apply for a PL....I hope this helps some. cheers

I thought it was the two brothers claim? Who could not be found, or who didn't want to be found by the courts. I didn't know about SSJ overlapping (I am assuming SJ cause of its geological location). Is this good or bad for our current SJ tenement? Is there grounds for a dispute from overlapping landowners, more litigations or more delays?
