The kid will walk and it may not even get to a court with charges being quietly dropped post Nov 3rd.
I will further predict:
1) He'll sue CNN/MSNBC/Washington Post etc for trying to convict him in trial by media, they will settle out of court (I seem to recall another teenager doing quite well that way just recently).
2) He'll have a book released which will sell quite well
3) He will be a hero on the talk circuit with NRA and others paying well for him to attend.
4) No one will care or even remember the dead paedo, the dead felon and "lefty, the one-armed gunman". They will be a footnote in the launching of an American hero and maybe even a future political career.
