Nope, that was clearly premeditated murder. The BLM/Antifa thug was hunting for a Trump supporter with the aid of his fellow thugs.
They found one alone, they called to each other, surrounded the man and gunned him down.
If the Portland DA refuses to prosecute (very real possibility given how the left place no value on human life) it will have to go to federal charges as a hate crime.
The best part of that is the feds have no pathway for plea bargain and they have no mechanism for parole.
p.s. Trump has been replacing Federal judges at a greater pace than any president in history.
