The first guy went down on the first of three shots.
The commentary claimed an Incendiary was throw, that is a straight out lie. It was a plastic bag, the same bag the guy had at their earlier confrontation.
Commentary also made claims that people walking on the footpath were chasing the kid, that was another straight out lie. The kid was being pursued by the guy who was shot and a reporter who was following further behind.
The commentator is talking sheet and using lies and emotive language to paint a false story narrative.
So back to the question:- The guy went down on the first of three shots. Are you disputing this fact?
If so, can you explain how the guy was shot in the groin breaking his pelvis, and was also shot in the back.
Obviously it is hard to be aggressive when you have your back to the person fearing for their life.
