I don't think MGX will be looking at Cockatoo for some while yet although it is not off there radar.
I went to a function recently and was talking to the MGX COO and he was saying that there are too many parties involved with owning Cockatoo.
A little bit off in fighting with who owns what there.
However he said that once it was sorted out they might be looking at it in a few years time.
