Unfortunately Cowboy, this seems to be the problem for many of us as well. Being treated like mushrooms and fed bulls droppings every now and then, while we are kept in the dark.
I am also surely convinced that he wrote the book/story about the Sergeant Schultz fiction TV serie.
Somehow though, he seems to survive any reelection that becomes due, and that, IMHO, is caused by the ""Don't care" attitude and apathy of the shareholders.
To cut it short, he is very arrogant (from my past experience that is), and he treat AAR as his own Private Company.
