JJ and AAR are doing an incredible job getting all the planets lined up! We LT holders (sufferers) have always known that we are sitting on some amazing assets but that means nothing unless people with money are prepared to put a value on it (a crude statement but that's the basics).
This is what IMO is happening now - still early day but like you say: if you can raise funds without a discount and pay drillers and advisors in shares.... well you must be onto something!
