kooragang island neighbours

Did everyone see who our neighbours are on Kooragang Island? Incitec Pivot next door and also Orica and Hi Fert. Now call me a dreamer ... but I do recall that Incitec Pivot in particular was tossed around as a possibility for a JV on fertilizer from gas. Interesting.
And the very fact that ESG has bought the land before approvals are through says they have particular plans and are preparing for them (in addition to LNG of course ..LOL!).
