    It appears ARL have sold Kooralbyn Resort for something $ unknown yet as per Gold Coast Bulletin.

    WC Mortgage (5 loans – no details) = $41,398,778.

    ARL carry over Value 31 Dec 2011 = $20,000,000.

    Have a good look at the township and real estate on Web.

    I would not expect much joy on this one either.
