Mac, what I don't understand is how could they get away for all these years creaming shareholders with the same BS. I mean the shareholders get burned and move on but the other non-suspecting investors move on and the cycle repeats itself and these guys they do what they have done for the last 10-15 years which is "negotiating, not firm yet, let's raise some money, discussion on going, continue to develop NOI (oh after all these year we didn't actually need it) but never mind we now continue with mine plan, lets raise some money etc etc..". Someone in the authority surely must have noticed that from their mandatory submissions which is the same garbage which being rinsed and repeated.
