Someone put this elsewhere on HC. Andrej is suing some of our mates for defamation:

The courts will decide, if it comes to that, whether anything written by our HC friends is defamatory. Meanwhile, there is a complaint made to ASIC re the in-specie shares, so that will be interesting. I wonder if it is possible for those eligible to get those share after all. ASIC will decide that one. I note this, from the article:
"That sparked shareholder complaints, and weeks later the company issued a clarification, saying a 2010 announcement in which it said "distribution is not conditional on either of the two companies being admitted to the ASX" was made in error."

The "made in error" part is key, I think. I rely fully on ASX ANN's.
