There were 2 separate announcements around June 2010, before the EGM, saying that the in-specie distribution of Melrose and Lugansk shares was not dependent on an ASX listing. Difficult to see how both could be made "in error".
Reminds me of Lady Bracknell in The Importance of Being Ernest, "to make one mistake is unfortunate, to make 2 mistakes shows sheer carelessness".
