If you're with one of the big 4 banks close your accounts with them and explain it's due to their lack of professionalism and DD in lending Arrium $600m for an asset purchase at the height of the IO market in 2012 that two years later was worth nothing and played a significant part in Arrium's administration, the money lent without any form of security.

As a customer and in my case a shareholder of Commonwealth Bank you expect some due process around lending practices when lending that sort of figure, that $600m loan should be wiped from monies owed to the banks and in lieu they inherit the SI asset for their own stupidity.
