Why do we keep seeing comments about the administrators not looking after the shareholders??
The administrators are appointed by the creditors. The job of administration is to look after the creditors. Looking after the creditors involves repaying the creditors. The administrators have absolutely no obligation toward the shareholders.
The shareholders' interests were the responsibility of the board. The board failed. The administrators were appointed. We have no further interest or influence in this company until the administrators return the company to the board after the creditors have been satisfied, if that ever happens.
KM are doing the job they were appointed to do in a clean, efficient, professional way.
That sucks for us, but it's not going to produce any grounds for legal action so there's no point even discussing it.
