people like to be right !!, and like to try and pick trends, or value,or i told you so. the things about bubbles, is, they can only be seen as bubbles if !!, demand does`nt=supply,other sources are found, costs deter the purchase,trend or fad dies. I think all the talk about bubbles relates to company`s that have only rock chips or soil samples, and are not in the HREO. I dont think this need (not bubble)for HREO is going away. The world likes its gadjets,it needs to go green,at this point in time the tec./sector needs them, the world has been lazy,assuming China will provide for all !!.China will try to take on Japan in the tec./sector going forward(some years away),so there need for these elements,will out weigh there need to export.You dont get people from high places chasing bubbles. Now is the time to sit and wieght, then you can say,i knew i was right.OIMO>
