EXFiles, I don't know who the persons are, I just could not see any particular advantage to EXT management spreading a story like this except maybe to spur others on to action. I will admit a tentative possibility that would qualify as motivation but guts tell me the story (ill-informed as it is) originated elsewhere.

The general malaise in the U sector I think has more to do with long term contract prices now being quoted at $61/lb. The attention-getting spot price is neither here nor there to the big end of town but the contract prices are very important.

Electricity charges rising will cut into profits no doubt and I must admit to not being aware of that price rise. Still, I think the share price drops are more about contract prices for U than anything else.

Go with your guts. If you feel uncertain about EXT then don't let others change your mind. All I will say is that if anyone is going to profitable in U mining then it will be this company but maybe there are better sectors to have your money in. Happy to be given suggestions.

With the other company, even with a PFS (rosy picture compared to a BFS) it is borderline and with the assumption of $70 contract prices which are not looking likely atm.

What happens when the higher rigour of a BFS is applied?
