*EXT has said March 18 is the deadline...... show us your plans to help us get a mine built or we'll make our own plans.

*Korea has (though these may be just rumours) flagged it has the dough for 15% of EXT

*Because the register is so tight it won't be an on market purchase.

*Because the current holders don't want it it wont be new shares. (don't get that one..... see point one)
That leaves a direct selldown (gotta be KAH)of a major holders stake. (sorry that just concentrates the dilutional pain argument to one party)

IMHO RIO will want a Korean offtake partner on the register to counterbalance KAH et.al. KAH is all about getting the best price for its shares,,,,,,, so why not get the Koreans on board by selling some of its shares directly to the Koreans..... Dattels & Co still maintain effective control and will (just a wild guess) be effectively free carried with this one transaction...... same goes for a cap raising surely with the added benefit of proportionally diluting RIO's stake........

Now it's in the media, assuming it is genuine, that Korea wants a slice, and that slice is quantified publicly, and the timeline for other parties to put up or shut up is also out there publicly, is it not a simple question for any interested party to ask EITHER the Koreans OR EXT 'what price did you/they, are you/they planning, to pay.

JOIN the dots people this is the part of the poker game when you're turning the cards over to reveal your hands,,, just to continue the analogy,, we all know how many chips KAH RIO have.... and with drilling the pot's getting bigger and bigger,,,,,,,, buy in now or miss the final draw.

Did/will Korea pay a premium to current price? that's the only question..... the answer, I've read others suggest is that the more time is delayed & drilling progresses the greater the chances.
