Its a highly significant stage in going from explorer to producer.
The time is set, the price is but a phone call away, the quantum of what is for sale is set (but grows if one delays beyond the set time) By this I'm assuming no significant requantification of resource pre mid March...... but it is expected to grow aka there is room to barter over perceived future growth aka Koreans will not lose face if others pay a different price........ nice one...... (my thoughts only you realize but..... nice scenario... just having faith that the information that is public is legit)
