Grizzly, My response was more to explore ideas with Exfiles. I personally think the report is straight down the line albeit a little naive. In other words I believe the reporter and the person feeding the reporter believe that this is what is going to happen but I don't know for sure that they have thought through the mechanics of how it will be done.

The fact is that 15% can be accumulated at the right price. Whether it be KAH or POLO or a number of smaller holders, all will have their own view of the world. For example, Dattels isn't tied to EXT emotionally as perhaps Peter Mac was. If he has other places that the money can work harder for him then he will be all ears.

He could deliver them at least 2/3 of the 15% just on his own. I wonder what would happen if hypothetically he sells about 10% of EXT (I know POLO holds only 9.6%) for, let's make up a figure, for $15/share walk-away.

When trade re-opens what happens? When RIO bought RAB's chunk for $1.20 it did well but the good old short termers ended up selling it down again, you have to love the gold-fish memory timescale of these guys.

You would have to be Blind-Freddy to not see that fireworks are about to be launched. We are talking 4 weeks for God's sake!! Even such a short time scale will be too long for some and they will run off chasing rainbows somewhere else. I am staying put because I am very, very, very confident that there is an exciting ride coming soon.
