    DaLatta, I agree with KirbieCat. The very same shareholders who would be diluted by a 15% issue to the Koreans are the shareholders who have board representation.

    I can't see them supporting any loss of control for the people they represent unless there was ample compensation. What is "ample compensation?", I dunno.
