Is something missing here? I was of the impression that the MoUs (with CRCC, CHEC) recognised a range of financing and legal requirements were to be met prior to construction and neither party bound to a construction contract if not prudent to do so.

I would therefore expect the same to apply to the Korean companies that are now to build this rail link. So with Gearge Jones in cameroon (I suspect involved in these dicussions as it is to supposed be Sundance's rail line) could there or should there be a announcement regarding financing?

Because of this development is it possible that it is the Korean steel companies that could be the major partners and already be closer to an agreement to develop the mine as transport is to be on the rail they built?
