Each jurisdiction, including Australia has different procedures and protocols. I don’t know enough about South Korea’s (SK) processes but as far as the US Patent application is concerned we can assume that there are 2 potential dates for the US to formally release its acceptance to the market. They are as follows:

Wednesday (about 2.30pm EST) on 4 August; or
Wednesday (about 2.30pm EST) on 18 August.

The above dates are based on the following facts:

A US patent has been ‘granted’ or stated as (Notice of Allowance).

Fees Due have been acknowledged as paid by USPTO on 26 July.
Patents are issued within about four weeks thereafter.
USPTO release updates of new patents every Tuesday (US time) on a 2 weekly basis. The last announced update was Tuesday (US time) at midnight Eastern time, on 20 July 2021. Hence my calculation is Wednesday about 2.30pm Australian EST (please someone verify time).

Therefore, the interesting question is when Archer plans to release its ASX Announcement of both SK and US patent acceptance – at the actual time of ‘release' or on the following day? If SK is already processed and granted then I can't see why we don't see an announcement on that first thing tomorrow morning.
