no takeover will ever be accepted for 9-10 or 12.50 the korean deal will be for a portion only of the total resource and will put a value on that part of rs only and that will be well north of those numbers. dattels and co will not sell a single pound in ground for less that $10 usd and if that means that bits are sold to different players then that is what will happen. nobody sells cheap

RS is really going to have over 1 bill pounds and support more than one mine. if they do a deal on the 500-600 mill lbs out of zones 1 and 2 with a 15 or 30 mlb mine on inground value they will have to be paid 5-6 bill usd that is $26 per share for that part only. If u do a calc on 15 mill lb or 30 mill lb per annum and a pe of 10-15 and a u price of 65 this price is higher still, 15 mlb pa is about 30 i recall but that would mean a 40 yr project life which on an npv basis you dont get much current reward for later years but it leads to higher pe's of 20-30 pushing the share price up. of course double all that if it is 2 15 mlb yr mines with 20 yr lives or one 20 mlb. This of course is all just for zones 1 and 2.
