I think it fits the strategy of RIO but also Cameco and BHP. That's just the miners who are focussed on controlling the commodity price.
What about the end customers? Wouldn't you say China, Korea, Japan, Russia or France want to have some control?
Someone, sometime is going to make a move and I do not think the others are going to shrug their shoulders and say "oh well, there'll be other Rossing Souths".
I think when the first one makes the move it will be game on and we will get the show of our lives.
In the end, I have my chips sitting on BHP with the Chinese as the dark horse.
