MSF,
I am more incline to think that RIO took a large holding not to park their money for some short term gain. It will be 'over my dead body' if I can help it. I just don't see them being a passive player accepting KAH decision or else why bother buying a stake in KAH.
If anything i can only see the Korean or whoever else buying a stake strictly to secure a long term supply contract and not to threaten the next door neighbour with a TO sometime in the future when the u prices picks up. For instance I don't think RIO would approve a deal with Areva. Just my humble opinion
