Although the Chairman has repeatedly said "we are not for sale", I think that it strategic rhetoric. Mark Hohnen (nice wines)and his shareholders and Steve Dattels can be bought - every man has his price. Dattels has already sowed the seed by saying he would consider a sale and does anybody really think that Kalahari wants to own an Uranium Mine? or walk away with a massive cash profit from the sale, without all the operational headaches. Th only shareholder that wants a mine is Rio.
Takeover or at least a sale of share holdings by KM and PR inevitable IMO.
