Korea Resources Corporation (KORES) announced Tuesday that it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with China Uranium Corporation Ltd. to cooperate for development of overseas uranium projects.
It is the first time that the two countries to work together for resources development. The two have been facing an intense competition for acquiring overseas resources. Under the MOU, the two organizations are to make joint investment to overseas uranium projects and share information as well as exchange working-level human resources in research and development (R&D).
