We as shareholders and board are to blame for approving La Jolla AT THE LAST AGM, they have been responsible for the continual selling.
Tincom not signing ,well in light of the debt problem in Vietnam , who is to say whether they would have been able to fully fund a 20 million ton coldry plant.
Now ECT is in a position to renegotiate terms for local use and recieve more than the 10% royalty payment.
Don't blame Kos because final decisions and directions the company take are made at the BOARD LEVEL.
