The only winners in most of these small oilies are the spruikers in the company and the spruikers in corporate advisory.

Sure, they have a chance, but it's a snowflakes chance in hell of being succesfull over time.

Even if they are lucky enough to find some oil, at these oil prices it will need to be a major discovery to be considered commercial. Even if it is commercial, so what - didn't help FAR shareholders in Senegal. They just ripped the shareholders again as soon as the stock ran.

And how the hell would they find the funds to develop something in deep water. Don't think so. Punching above their weight a little. Deep water Africa is no place for juniors. Thats why there aren't any.
