I had this happen on another stock where I was partially filled but though it consistently hit the sp was never being filled . It was on westpac and I saw physically shares sitting ahead of me for a brief moment. I did not think this was possible until I saw it. I wish I had taken a screen shot. Hence my fear in placing active stops.
