It sounds as though the waters of misleading or deceptive conduct are being tested.
Surely, the PVD Directors (employees of PVD) have their fingers on the pulse - that is what they are being paid for and allocated shares for.
How about some accurate, concise and correct information. Or maybe time to change the Board?
